Faversham Town’s under-18, under-16, under-15 and under-13 teams were in Kent Youth League action yesterday (Sunday).
The U18 outfit beat Phoenix Sports 2-0 on a cold, crisp morning at the Shepherd Neame Stadium through Zac Argent’s 5th competitive goal this season and a Jack Osborne penalty.
The result moved them into 4th position in the Kent Youth League, Premier Division Table on 13 points off eight league fixtures.

The under-16 team were also victorious, claiming a 3-2 win over Margate Youth.
Liam Magee struck twice, while Joe Kay was also on the scoresheet with his 4th competitive goal this term.
That result moved the Lilywhites up to 2nd place in the Kent Youth League, South Division Table on 25 points from 11 league matches.
Paul Gates’ team also drew 3-3 with Bredhurst Juniors in a Friendly on the Abbey School’s 3G pitch on Friday evening.
The U15 side were the only side to suffer defeat, as they lost 3-1 at Park Regis, despite holding a 1-0 half-time lead through a Jamie Chamberlain goal and striking the post twice.
That leaves Leigh Brown’s side in 7th spot on 16 points off 14 league games.
Meanwhile, the under-13 team claimed a 3-0 victory at Margate through two goals from top goalscorer Luke Williams and a first goal this campaign for Jake Leech.
The win leaves Town in 7th position on 16 points from 11 league fixtures, a point behind fifth-placed Trinity and fourth-placed Dover Athletic, who the Lilywhites hold two games in hand over.
