Faversham Town’s under-16, under-15 and under-13 teams were all in Kent Youth League action in, what proved to be, a successful weekend for Town’s youth sides.
The U18 side were due to face Ramsgate but their away fixture was postponed at the last minute.
The under-16 outfit beat Folkestone Invicta 3-0 through goals from Marshall Wratten, Jamie Sherlock and Jamie Purdy.
That result leaves them in 4th place in the Kent Youth League, South Division Table on 16 points off eight league matches.
The U15 team also bagged a victory, beating Sittingbourne Youth 4-3.
Joint top goalscorers Kofi Adu-Boamah and Jamie Chamberlain, who netted a last-minute winner through a free-kick, were on the scoresheet alongside Max Livingstone and Cody Bryant.
That result leaves Leigh Brown’s team 7th in the Kent Youth League, South Division Table on 12 points off 11 league games.
Meanwhile, the under-13 outfit completed a trio of wins for Faversham’s youth sides, as they beat Trinity 6-4 in a 10-goal thriller.
Gus Barnes and Luke Jones-Walters both bagged braces, Brandon Chapman scored for the second week in a row and Finlay Dale scored his 1st goal of the season.
That result moves Paul Williams’ side to 7th position in the Kent Youth League, South Division Table on 13 points off 10 league fixtures, just a point behind sixth-placed Dover Athletic, who have played two games more than the Lilywhites.
