Faversham Town’s under-18 and under-15 teams were in Kent County Cup action and the under-16 outfit continued their Kent Youth League, South Division campaign this weekend, while the U14 and U13 sides had the weekend off.

Despite top goalscorer David Blaikie scoring his 8th goal of the season, the U18 side were beaten 10-1 away at Dover Athletic.

The under-16 team drew 3-3 at Bredhurst Juniors through a brace from Jamie Purdy, including a last-minute free-kick, and a rare goal from skipper Chris Baker.

The result means the U16 outfit are 4th in the Kent Youth League, South Division Table on 13 points off seven league matches.

Meanwhile, the under-15 outfit were also knocked out of the Kent County Cup at the Third Round stage, getting knocked out 4-2 at Tunbridge Wells, despite Ryan Kingsford and Ned McGuire scoring their 1st goals of the season.
